Meet Our Creative Staff:

Rick Nickerson - NMYA Executive Director, has a BFA in Theater Arts and has served as Artistic and Executive Director of the program since 1979.

Paul Bower - is our musical director. He performs professionally with local opera companies and is a veteran voice coach.

Sarah Westerlund-Custer - is our company choreographer and has an extensive background in dance.

Rosemary Gallegos - is our company costumer and has been designing and sewing for over 25 years.

Stephanie Bauer - is our stage manager and has managed over 20 productions for NMYA.
